Refund Policy

Digital Services & Mobile Apps
01 General Rule

Non-Refundable by Default

All SPIRIT DONK products are custom or digital services (TemplateApps, FuncApps, CustomApps, FullCycle) delivered electronically. Once payment is completed and work has started, all sales are final and non‑refundable.

By completing checkout, you agree that the service starts immediately and waive any standard “change of mind” refund rights applicable to physical goods.
02 Eligible Cases

When Refunds May Apply

Refunds are only considered in strictly limited situations:

  • Duplicate payment or clear payment processing error.
  • SPIRIT DONK is unable to start the project at all and no work has been performed.

If approved, refunds are issued only to the original payment method. The processing time depends on your financial institution but typically takes 5-10 business days.

03 Non-Refundable Situations

No Refund In These Cases

We do not offer refunds for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Dissatisfaction with style, ideas, or creative direction after scope approval.
  • Project delays caused by missing inputs from the client (text, assets, access, approvals).
  • Any stage where concepts, designs, code, builds, or test links have already been delivered.

Stopping the project mid‑way does not entitle you to a partial refund for “unused” time or milestones, as resources are allocated upon project initiation.

04 Scope Changes

Additional Work

Changes outside the originally agreed scope are treated as new work:

  • Priced separately according to the current SPIRIT DONK rate card.
  • Not a reason for refund or discount on the original order.
05 Technical Issues

Bug Fix vs Refund

If a technical issue is directly caused by our code (e.g. app cannot be installed, critical crashes on supported devices), SPIRIT DONK will:

  • Prioritize bug fixing within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Provide updated builds and patches at no extra cost during the support window.

Technical issues that can be fixed are not a ground for a monetary refund. Our goal is to deliver a functional product as per the technical specification.

06 How to Request

Refund Request Process

If you believe your case falls under the limited eligible scenarios:

  • Send an email to contact@spirit-donk.com with subject “Refund Request”.
  • Include order number, purchase email, payment date, and a short description of the issue.

We review all refund requests within 7 business days and send a clear decision (approved/declined) by email. All communication regarding refunds must be in writing.

07 Chargebacks

Disputes & Chargebacks

Unjustified chargebacks (where services have been delivered according to the agreed scope) may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of ongoing or future support.
  • Collection of owed amounts under applicable law.
  • Blacklisting of the client from future SPIRIT DONK services.
08 Policy Changes

Updates to This Policy

SPIRIT DONK may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal obligations. The “Effective” date at the top of this page indicates the latest version that applies to your purchase.
