Mobile App Development Agreement
01 Service Scope

Our Services

SPIRIT DONK provides mobile application development services across four tiers:

TemplateApps: $299 - Ready templates (3-7 days)
FuncApps: $799 - Core features + auth (2-3 weeks)
CustomApps: $1499 - Complex logic (4-8 weeks)
FullCycle: $2499 - Complete delivery (8-12 weeks)
02 Payment Terms

Financial Conditions

All payments are final and non-refundable. Work begins immediately upon payment verification.

  • 100% upfront payment required
  • Shopify Payments processing (3.5% + $0.30 fee)
  • No chargebacks or disputes accepted
  • Additional features billed separately
03 Delivery Timeline

04 Ownership Rights

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

  • Client receives full source code ownership
  • SPIRIT DONK retains rights to reusable templates/libraries
  • App Store accounts remain client's responsibility
  • 30 days support included, then hourly billing
05 Revisions Policy

Change Requests

Revisions are limited:

  • TemplateApps: 1 revision included
  • FuncApps: 2 revisions included
  • CustomApps: 3 revisions included
  • FullCycle: Unlimited during development

Additional revisions: $99/hour.

06 Cancellation Policy

No Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds or cancellations after payment.

Work begins immediately upon payment. Digital delivery nature prevents refunds.
07 Warranty & Liability

Service Guarantee

  • 30 days bugfix warranty included
  • App Store approval guaranteed (free resubmission)
  • Maximum liability = payment amount
  • No consequential damages coverage
08 Governing Law

Legal Jurisdiction

These terms governed by laws of Missouri, USA. Disputes resolved in Lake Saint Louis courts.
